I’m Lily, a Christian yoga guide offering gentle, nervous-system-aware practices for burnt-out women who want to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and God’s steady presence; without striving or performing.


You might be here because you love God, but your body feels constantly on edge. Because rest sounds nice in theory, but unsafe in practice. Because you’re faithful; and still anxious, exhausted, or disconnected.
Maybe traditional fitness feels too harsh for this season.
Maybe spiritual disciplines feel hard when your nervous system is overwhelmed. Maybe you’re craving a gentler way to care for yourself without guilt.
If any of this resonates, you’re not broken. Your body isn’t failing you; it’s asking for safety, softness, and support.
Faith-based yoga, as I offer it, isn’t about emptying your mind or forcing your body into shapes.
It’s about meeting God in your breath. Listening to your body with compassion. Letting scripture ground you instead of pressure you.
In our work together, movement becomes a form of prayer. Breath becomes an anchor. Rest becomes an act of trust. Every practice is invitational, trauma-aware, and rooted in Christian faith; honoring your autonomy, your pace, and your relationship with God.
Individual Yoga Sessions

The Held Mom Circle
A softer way to mother, live, and heal. This membership is a gentle, faith-rooted space designed for moms who are ready to step out of overwhelm and into rhythms of rest, connection, and support.
