What Is Faith-Based Yoga?

Faith-based yoga, as I offer it, isn’t about emptying your mind or forcing your body into shapes.

It’s about meeting God in your breath. Listening to your body with compassion. Letting scripture ground you instead of pressure you.

In our work together, movement becomes a form of prayer. Breath becomes an anchor. Rest becomes an act of trust. Every practice is invitational, trauma-aware, and rooted in Christian faith; honoring your autonomy, your pace, and your relationship with God.

Individual Yoga Sessions

One-on-one sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are. In your body, your faith, and this season of life.

These sessions move at your pace and may include:

  • Gentle or restorative yoga

  • Nervous system regulation tools

  • Breathwork for anxiety and stress

  • Optional scripture, prayer, or faith-based reflection

Individual sessions are ideal if you want personalized care, extra safety, or space to tend to your healing privately.

Group Yoga Sessions

Small group practices for women who want to heal in community without pressure or performance.

Group sessions offer:

  • Slow, accessible movement

  • Grounding breathwork

  • Faith-rooted reflection

  • Shared space that feels safe and supportive

These sessions are especially supportive for women and moms who are craving connection while still honoring their need for rest.

1:1 Coaching

This private 1:1 coaching experience is for women who are tired of forcing routines that don’t stick and are ready to build sustainable rhythms rooted in faith, compassion, and nervous-system awareness.

You’ll receive:

• Daily Scripture or prayer sent to your phone
• Weekly 1:1 live sessions for guided meditation, gentle movement, teaching, and support
• Asynchronous check-ins via text or voice note throughout the week
• A personalized library of on-demand movement and meditation practices

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about learning how to live held.
